DFrobot DFR0678 7" screen and Pi 3+4 case with 2020, 3030 and rack mount

It took a bit longer than anticipated due to some revisions, but here is the case for the DFrobot DFR0678 7" touchscreen for the Raspberry Pi 3b and 4, with a Raspberry Pi case integrated, and a jointed mount for 2020 and 3030 extrusions and I also added a Rackmount for those of you that might need that.
