Cable tower for 2020, 3030, and 4040 with reverse bowden

Hi all! 

Second mini project for this month. :)

I created this originally for my TwoTrees SP-5, but I thought this might be useful for more people if I created 2020, 3030, and 4040 versions. 

You need a PTFE coupler for the reverse bowden, two M3x6 or M5x6 bolts (2020 uses M3), and two T-nuts.
